- Start by applying Le Rouge Deep Velvet to the center of the lips and glide towards the corners of the mouth, beginning with the upper lip. Finish with the lower lip for a flawless powdery matte result.
- To create the perfect canvas for Le Rouge Deep Velvet, layer it over Le Rouge Baume. This balm will provide a 24-hour hydration3 in a 96% natural origin formula4. Blot away any excess before applying Le Rouge Deep Velvet.
