HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE

• UPS Ground: 4-8 Business Days
• UPS 2nd Day Air: 3-6 Business Days (Please note: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air)
• UPS Express: 1-3 Business Days

Orders must be placed by 12:00pm EST to be processed during the same business day. Orders received on Friday after 12pm, Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays will be processed on the following business day and then delivery time will be applied.

You also have the right to contact the data protection authority of your country in order to lodge a complaint against the data protection and privacy practices of Givenchy Beauty.

GivenchyBeauty.com ships via UPS. Shipping pricing is as follows:

• UPS Ground: Free for all orders
• UPS 2nd Day Air: $15 (Please note: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP

GivenchyBeauty.com ships via UPS to continental US addresses only. UPS shipping is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. GivenchyBeauty.com does not ship internationally at this time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your account, and then navigating to the “Order History” section. Click “View” & the tracking number to track your order. This same tracking number was also sent to you with your shipping confirmation email; enter it on the UPS courier website to track your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Once an order has been placed, and you have received your confirmation email, we are unable to edit or cancel your order. Once an order has begun processing, any changes must be initiated and facilitated via return. Please reference our return policy. RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

Givenchy Beauty would like you to be pleased with your purchase and will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items purchased from GivenchyBeauty.com within 30 days of order receipt. All personalized items, including engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. GivenchyBeauty.com purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. If you would like to return an item, simply contact us using the online form, go to the page Contact and complete the form. Our advisors will be very happy to assist you by sending a Return Form. Go to contact us page and complete the form.

Complete the Return Form provided by Customer Service and place inside the return package. Please return the item(s) in the original product packaging.

GivenchyBeauty.com is unable to refund shipping charges. Please allow around 10-14 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Givenchy reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.

Givenchy Beauty would like to ensure you are happy with your foundation purchase. Choose your shade, and if it is not the right match, you can return it to us for free.
Foundation purchases made on GivenchyBeauty.com are eligible for free return shipping. LA COLLECTION PARTICULIÈRE TRY BEFORE YOU BUY SERVICE

Selected La Collection Particulière fragrances are eligible for our Try Before You Buy service. When adding the product to your basket you can select the Try Before you buy option, allowing you to discover the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle. If you are not satisfied after trying the sample, you may return the full-size product at no cost, provided that the bottle and outer packaging remain completely unopened and unused. If the full-size product has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to you.
