USE AND TIPS

1. Apply gentle pressure with fingertips on meridian points on the forehead, eyebrow arch, cheeks, chin & chest.

2. Apply the mask with the brush over the entire face in upward smoothing movements.

3. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes. Remove the excess with a cotton pad moistened with warm water.

4. End with a splash of water & gentle back-and-forth pressure from the chest to the forehead, recalling wave movements.
