REINVENTING OURSELVES AS A TEAM

Parfums Givenchy allows its employees to commit. In order to speed up its transformation, the House relies on a network of 25 CSR ambassadors around the world with the role of implementing CSR initiatives in the different markets and departments where the brand operates.

Raising awareness and training the teams on CSR is also a priority: since 2020, all the employees have thus been trained to understand the “unconscious bias”, in connection with the inclusiveness values upheld by Givenchy. Training on eco-conception and environmental stakes are also carried out with the aim of developing the teams.

Lastly, a plan for meetings with inspiring experts has also been launched. Its aim is to strengthen the teams’ knowledge in the field of CSR.
