PLACING AN ORDER

1. Place the products intact in the original packaging, including any gifts received from LVMH Fragrance Brands.

All returned products must be accompanied by the return form that has been filled out and printed on the returns portal.

3. After securing your package for return, you must stick the previously printed label from the return portal on the return package.

4. You have 14 days from the issue of the return number to return the product by post. Any product received after this period will not be refunded.

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming that it has been returned in accordance with the above requirements, you will be refunded the price paid for the returned item. However, a return shipping fee of 15 euros will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.

    No personalized product (engraving for example) can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

    In the following countries: Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Romania and Sweden, in accordance with applicable local regulations, products cannot be returned.

    In addition, the Virtual Try-On service is not available in the above mentioned countries.

    4. You have 14 days from the issue of the return number to return the product by post. Any product received after this period will not be refunded.

    Upon receiving the returned item and confirming that it has been returned in accordance with the above requirements, you will be refunded the price paid for the returned item. However, a return shipping fee of 15 euros will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
